Quite an interesting turn of events. It's clear why this is happening (additional revenues from match day tickets and potentially a better timezone audience for SA/Europe), but what is quite a surprise is that this is a home game sacrificed by Argentina rather than SA.
It's great for us South Africans living in London and I'm sure it will get sold out, but this does feel a bit rough for Argentinian fans who are put out quite significantly on getting to see their team play in person and the timezone shift. This is the third neutral game that SA is playing in London in as many years, so they're definitely seeing the benefit of it.
I wouldn't be surprised though if this is a two year agreeement, and that SA sacrifices one of their home games next year vs Argentina for the same purpose.
