Hey, my friends,

I know this is an odd question, but what's with the water bottles they all use in European rugby? Is there some reason squirting water horizontally into your mouth is advantageous compared to, you know, drinking water normally?

Squeeze and they squirt water in your mouth why would you ever go back to the old style bottles haha.

Tbh i think it was just a design that stuck.

Easier to drink with a gum shield in and you don't worry about other people's spit and blood the nozzle
