add nation

hello guys, i have buy the game on steam.
i have a question, it is possible to add nation, i want create a lot of little nation and national team.
but they are only 39 nation/flag in game.

Yeah you should be able to do it...I remember that in RC2 there wasn't the Currie Cup but with a mod you could get all the teams with their emblems.
So I think it's the same with nations
