Arrested heavy handidly, in front of their disabled child AFTER they had removed the child from the school, was an 'appropriate response' and is 'routine' for a malicious communication complaint in which there was admittedly after the fact, 0 evidence of such.

It's almost like 1 of 2 things happen in speech cases:

1. The arrest is the punishment. They knowingly arrested 2 parents of a disabled girl to teach them a lesson, publicly and making a huge furore outside their home with 6 officers and numerous vehicles.

2. They are just so happy to arrest for malicious communications they jump the gun, and then try to find a case against the perceived perpetrator.

Either way, thos is a huge issue only really highlight by articulate, middle class savvy people. This happens daily to the less capable and minorities.
