2) Total votes is meaningless and you are either playing dumb or actually dumb to make such an argument. % of vote share / % of eligible vote is the criteria for popularity and Trump is nothing special on either count. Has any other presidential candidate received 49.8% of the vote. Also where are you even getting this figure from? Trump didn't get 214 million votes. Are you just adding up all the votes he received over running 3 times? Again a completely meaningless stat.
