The benefits of immigration is you have people come to your country, work, support businesses and most importantly pay tax. Illegal immigrants do the first two but not the last and people who employ them also dodge any tax burden. You also have to ask why do employers use illegal immigrants and it's basically because they want to pay sod all for its work force.So the current situation in the states is: a large part of the work force isn't paying any tax and is being exploited by employers who don't want to pay a fair wage. Is the best solution to deport them? Probably not but having a large group of working aged people outside the tax system and outside to main workforce isn't a good idea either.</blockquote>
