Gonna be a feast of line breaks and tries IMO. Think home ground advantage, confidence and the Cheetahs' injury list will make it one-sided traffic though. I'm gonna be sure to load my fantasy team with Jaguares players where I don't have proven class. Just hope Sanchez doesn't get banned as I have him already.

I think it will be a good match. People will go to the stadium since last week good win, given the confidence boast i expect we can win. Jags 10+

Must win game for the Jaguares for me.
If you want to be a play-off contender you must dispatch all but the strongest teams at home. Cheetahs are a good side, but with their injuries and playing at home Jags should take it.

Jaguares will be fine in this one, regardless of a Sanchez suspension. Cheetahs are playing expansive rugby, but not with the accuracy needed to stay relevant in the competition.

Jaguares were improved. Much better last week than their performance in the same fixture last year and their bench/squad players seem improved. They need to improve defence inside the 22. You run a few phases against them and they suddenly let you in. They could do with a bit more muscle in their forwards too I think.

Cheetahs can score a lot of point here but

Jaguares by 8

The 22 is incredible. They forget of some always usually the 1st man near the ruck. Also we lack stopping power the runner always gains some yards. Lavanni and Isa were bot good tacklers in that sense. Although just being organized makes us a lot better =D

On paper we should win this one, comfortably. I agree with @Radsy. Their style/execution combo is one we should be able to counter/outperform. I know they gave the Lions a run for their money (at home) but they also beat the SW's by only 7 ffs.
Jags by +15.

Last game was important for us, mainly to set the momentum. We now play two winnable games at home, confidence is running high, then rest a week and then play Sharks, Bulls and Lions away. Sharks and bulls are the critical games and the schedule is reasonable. The sharks face us (RSA) after playing the Lions and i fancy our odds vs the bulls. Vs the Lions i wouldn't mind pulling an Ackermann to be honest.

So far (knock on wood) everything is going alright for us. We'll have no one but ourselves to blame if we **** this up.

Ja, I think the Cheetahs are a better side than many think, even now still but they don't have the depth to cope with 13 players injured and their style of play will be welcomed by this Jags side. Jaguares by 15 for me. At least.

Spot on, these boys are SO ****ing soft in the own 22 it's laughable. It used to be a trademark of the Pumas the tough defending in the 22. Now every time the opponent is that close it inevitably ends in a try. Meanwhile, when we are in the opponent 22 we have to drill, drill and drill until we can get a try (IF we do get it and not concede a dumb knock on instead).

Eek. That's starting to look really shaky. They really need to get on a roll for once, and this isn't going to help.

Petti is a real loss there. He´s been great and Lavanini is not yet fit. The replacement is Kremer a young lad very promising yet untested. As for Moroni, meh.

Hernandez can play flyhalf. So no worries there, plus if he is good with the tactic kick its going to be a good day.

Cheetahs aren't interested in winning this game, if I'm interpreting this selection right.

15 Clayton Blommetjies, 14 Rayno Benjamin, 13 Michael van der Spuy, 12 Clinton Swart, 11 Ruan van Rensburg, 10 Niel Marais, 9 Tian Meyer (captain), 8 Niell Jordaan, 7 Oupa Mohoje, 6 Henco Venter, 5 Francois Uys, 4 Armandt Koster, 3 Tom Botha, 2 Elandre Huggett, 1 Danie Mienie

16 Joseph Dweba, 17 Charles Marais, 18 Johan Coetzee, 19 Carl Wegner, 20 Paul Schoeman, 21 William Small-Smith/Boom Prinsloo, 22 Shaun Venter, 23 Fred Zeilinga

TBF they are struggling with a huge injury list and Marais was their 1st choice flyhalf during the Currie Cup so this is probably all they have.

Their entire 1st choice front row is injured, their regular captain and only Bok is injured. That's probably their biggest issue- the centers, where they are running their 4th and 5th choice centers. Cassiem also out. He has been probably their best forward over last year and this though Mohoje looks to have recaptured some form. Also issues at lock so the tight 5 and centers are basically stuffed. Oh and their two best wingers in Rhule and especially Sergeal Petersen. Yeah. Injuries. What are you gonna do?

This!

The Cheetahs have 15 players currently injured. Yet they still look like they will be competitive. Marais IMHO is a better flyhalf than Zeilinga. Most of these guys were the first choice squad in the Currie Cup.
