I'm going to have to pretend I'm getting back into SR. The SR season really does need to end before the June tests..

Agreed on both accounts. The Kings and Sunwolves are underwhelming to say the least. They get the odd positive result but really aren't up to scratch. I keep saying we need a two tier system and shorter season.

the sad thing is SA rugby will keep slipping. As if we havn't lost enough first rank talent here is a list of SA rugby talent already confirmed as leaving:

I wouldn't be surprised if the Rebels took us at home. We have a history of coming out of rest undercooked.

Sorry lads,
But Oz rugby has to lose the Rebels and the Force to become a powerhouse again. I love the Rebels but we cop too much competition from AFL and NRL to field high level quality teams over 5 cities.
Should only be Waratahs, Reds and Brumbies. Plus bolster the local competitions in Sydney and Brisbane. Plus revitalise country rugby.
Getting too many journeymen and overstayers coming to Oz to try their luck then p.o. overseas when their form is #### or get a better offer overseas.
The latest international series confirms this.
Come on, getting George Smith back to the Reds......there has got to be some talent in country Qld.
The local comp here in Melbourne is nothing on Brissie or Syd but build it up first before fielding a Super rugby team.

That list is frightening for SA rugby, something needs to be done. The impact on the National team has been evident in the Irish test series as well.

Far closer than the 26 point margin suggests. Those two Stormers tries off of poor Rebels handling when it was 31 all and Koch scoring at the end inflates a scoreline of what was actually a very evenly contested match. Both teams wil need to improve to challenge any of this years top sides.

I've never seen one team dominate another so much at both scrum and lineout - it was comical at times. How the Rebels hung in there when they couldn't win a set piece I'll never know.
