I'm hoping the Cheetahs can prove their dismantlement of the Sunwolves wasn't all due to the Sunwolves.

Sigh.
First time I've watched the Cheetahs in a while, it's not that they don't have some talented players but they are almost amateurishly disorganized. Losing line-outs, letting the opposition box kicks bounce, and the whole team almost collapsing from exhaustion after 50 minutes, sies.

I know the Rebels have steadily been improving from their relatively low base over the past few years, but tonight I've been really impressed. Putting on more complete Rugby than either the Waratahs and Reds, that's for sure.

Didn't watch the game but the scoreline tells a story. I suppose the Cheetahs are where they should be and obliterating the Sunwolves was mostly due to things just going their way. At the same time the Rebels have been getting results. I suppose its time for me to start taking note! I had them as slight favorites but certainly didnt expect a BP win from them- thought they and teh Cheetahs are about on a par but at home with the Cheetahs' first travel game I thought Rebels by ~6.

I didn't watch the game either but I had the score running in the background at the office. The Cheetahs were up 14-10 at half time, so to me it seems they just lost it when the next half started or the Force turned it on. But most likely it was their poor defense as I was seeing comments about their dropping off tackles in the commentary.

The score wasn't really a "great" reflection, the Rebels were certainly the better side, but they scored one 70 meter try from turn-over ball in the last 10 minutes and an intercept after the hooter to inflate it somewhat.

It was sure a cracking try though!

The Rebels are improving, no doubts about it. This year could be their best season. If they mantain their squad for 2/3 years and add some top players they could be a regular team in playoffs, easily. I like this kid, Reece Hodge, a future Wallaby

@RoosTah;
Did you knew this kid? Reece Robinson, he's from Manly. A posh like you :p

Posh? hahaha I'm from Coogee - we're salt of the earth in the east. Not snobs like those north shore ******s!

One of the better games I've attended. I was a little nervous at half time but we piled it on in the second half. Some of the Rebels trys were from a bit of luck, but was good to have the luck go our way unlike against the highlanders and hurricanes where everything just went their way ie. barret's kick deflecting straight back to him
