What an offload by Nadolo!

Try by Izzy Dagg

Ponies 7 - Saders 19

21 minutes

Pretty dominant Saders performance here. Surprising and good to see.

Is that Sione Lauaki at 8 for the Brumbies.... that guys been bloody terrible!

Pretty dubious on the refereeing over the last 10 minutes. For mine the Saders have been blowing them off the park and the reff has been saving them at every corner.

What is it with the refereeing this weekend its been bloody terrible!!!! That was a clear knock on by the brumbies on their line after Nadolo smashed that guy!!!

Jeez Dagg makes a ridiculous difference to this Saders backline. Good kicking options and adds alot of direction. Even the young players are doing really well against a pretty experienced Brumbies backline.

Brumbies got what thee deserved for turning up to play rugby in their pyjamas!!

...gets a bit tedious when some whinging old washer woman whines about the referee every weekend like a broken record...what good does it do

The system's broke even a blind man can see this. The real problem is people like yourself and Tony Johnston that want to just gloss over it like its not happening.

I reckon Dagg is an "enabler". Its the little things he does, the top two inches, that makes other players in the backs with him perform above themselves. For example, our local lad David Havili is a player most would probably rate as barely above average, but tonight he unexpectedly had to fill the big boots of Ryan Crotty, and not only did he do it comfortably, he looked pretty damned good doing it. I've seen him play some excellent games for Tasman in the NPC over the last couple of years, but its the first time I have seen him play that well at this next level up.

Daggs looking pretty good and has been that little magic and the missing link in the Saders that caused them just being a good team and has now made them a great team, happy to see him hit some form and coming back into his old form, can never complain about too much depth in NZ rugby, should keep Ben on his toes and McKenzie pushing even harder.

Saders vs Landers will be a big game, I think Crusaders are the all round better outfit this season and will take the home play-off WC spot, Canes vs Landers for that away spot IMO.

Pretty crazy how much depth is in that Saders pack. They made the Brumbies look amateurish at times in this game. They are bringing on Whitelock and Crockett as replacements and the starters looks as good if not better than them!!! Crazy stuff. Moodys got AB's 1 locked down for a long time to come I suspect.

I'll be amazed if the Chiefs can roll these guys even at home.
