Naka has made his final team selection as Cheetah coach. And it looks like the strongest team he can put out bar injuries.

Still not a good team for the Cheetahs. That said we have a habbit of going down on.. i mean going down to the Cheetahs.

If only we played like this every week, the combination of a virtually uncontestable scrum with a backline dripping flair.

Happy with the result particularly as Racing sucked in the Top14 QF but I'm not sure if I want to read to much into the result. A derby is a derby but the Cheetahs have been woeful all year. Very pleased about the Lions piping the Tahs as we now have it in our own hands to stay at that critical 2 nd spot. Now if only they could help us next week as well and roll over and take 4.. Too much to ask for?

It's made for an interesting end of the season for the SA conference. As far as I can see it goes something like:

Stormers need to win at least one of their next two games to secure top spot.
If we lose both, Lions will be top.
Bulls would need to win both of their next two games with at least one bonus point (achievable with their fixtures) and have the Stormers lose both games to achieve top spot.

There's also an outside shot of two SA teams but that's in the hand of the Waratahs and Brumbies and frankly it''s doubtful (Basically the Bulls really needed to beat the Brumbies for this to be a possibility).

how did Senatla play? i missed the game and noticed he grabbed a couple of tries.

would be great if he could continue his 7s form into the 15s game.

He had very good game, finally scored a try as a Stormers player.

I'm interested to see which game Duane will be rested for, because there's only 2 left, so AC has to rest him for either the Lions or the Sharks. And the way those 2 teams played, it could be that this decision of AC not resting him against the Cheetahs could come back to bite him.

This upcoming game is the last game for the Lions in the regular season, so you know they will come out guns blazing to try and qualify for the playoffs. And the way they beaten the Waratahs, was enough to make me think they might just win the Stormers.

Stormers coming into form at the business end, great performance

Damien de Allende may just be the best player to ever play the game :p.

In all seriousness he is crazy good.
