    Premiership Predictions

Thanks BPM, nice to be back! :) Reluctantly, I'd probably agree with you on Te'o as it stands but we'll come back to that down the line.

    Premiership Predictions

I'm glad somebody on here has recognised that! Whilst journalists & voices from outside the club seem to have us relegated already, the mood going into the season from within Sixways has been optimistic & positive. Expecting to continue building on our recent improvements under Solomons. We were...

Todd Blackadder calls for play-offs to be expanded to Top 6.

What you're arguing for is what Super League already tried and binned after they realised ring fencing doesn't work. Promotion/Relegation is essential to keep the season alive for those teams in the bottom half & to give those teams in the Championship something to strive for. Does anybody...

All or Nothing: New Zealand All Blacks

Finished the series now & even though it's good, I definitely agree with the above about it giving less insight as it goes on. Could've done with less match action (we've already seen all that!) and more behind the scenes stuff. Glad I watched it though.

Wales v. South Africa in DC

The standard was generally pretty awful but at least it became more watchable in the second half. And northern hemisphere beating southern hemisphere is always noteworthy, even if it was essentially Wales A v South Africa A. If it was impossible to find on TV over there & most of the crowd...

All or Nothing: New Zealand All Blacks

We're up to episode 2 in my house (we've only got Prime until the 8th so need to get a move on!). My early takeaways are that Steve Hansen is a bit of a *** (so many unnecessary little digs), Ben Smith is a top bloke & Rieko Ioane's grandad is adorable.

    Yay, some rugby broke out!

Wales v. South Africa in DC

I think the first 20 minutes of this one has set Rugby back about 30 years in the US.

    Football Thread

I think I must be getting soft as I get older because I genuinely feel so bad for Karius, the Liverpool goalkeeper. Very strange how his team mates left him on his own at the end of the match - it was the Madrid players who went over to console him. 'You'll never walk alone' clearly doesn't mean...

    Aviva Premiership 2017/18 Grand Final

Ultimately, the best team in the league have been crowned the champions so no complaints.

England Vs Barbarians match thread 27th May 2018

Not sure where to start with all that?! With my Worcester hat on, very pleased with the way Singleton played on his England debut. Curry did what Curry does, Daly keeps showing that he's world class & we scored some nice tries. Negatives - well, everything else. Robshaw was dreadful, picking...

[2018 Super Rugby] Round 13: Sunwolves vs. Reds (12/05/2018)

Saw the highlights & as well as the result, the crowd looked really good as well. Nice to see that they're building something in Japan.

It's an improvement on Bristol Shoguns I suppose... :D

Anglo Welsh cup over - Welsh clubs withdraw

It's such a missed opportunity to not be involving teams from the Championship in the new tournament. Fans want to see different teams visiting, not just the same 11 as always in a slightly different format. Have always missed the old Tetleys Bitter/Powergen cup for that reason -...

    Super 15 success???

It's still the most entertaining rugby competition in the world for a neutral & I'll always make an effort to watch it (particularly the New Zealand sides) if I can.

    Aviva Premiership 2017/18 Round 20

One step forward followed by another step back at the moment for Worcester. We looked so dominant against Newcastle last weekend so to follow it up with a pretty limp performance this weekend was a bit of a disappointment. On the plus side London Irish didn't take anything off Exeter today so at...

    Denny Solomona in trouble again

After getting sent home from the England training camp you would've thought it would go without saying that he needs to keep his nose clean this season. He's a talented, X-Factor player who I would like to be around the England squad, incidents like this (if guilty) are going to make it...

[2018 Super Rugby] Round 6: Hurricanes vs. Highlanders (24/03/2018)

Some of the finishing in this game was beyond belief. Still trying to work out how Ben Lam got the ball down without being in touch - he's a magician! Vince Aso's acrobatic try was crazy good as well.

    Denny Solomona in trouble again

https://www.rugbypass.com/news/breaking-theres-homophobic-slur-allegation-aviva-premiership Allegations that he repeated a homophobic slur multiple times towards Jamie Shillcock during our match vs Sale yesterday. Innocent until proven guilty & all that, but it's no coincidence that he keeps on...

    Aviva Premiership 2017/18 Round 18

What a great match! Think Leicester just about shaded it, but both teams left a lot of points out on the pitch. Fair play to them for how they dealt with losing Manu & May so early on. Did think Malouff was lucky not to be red carded for that shoulder to Wade's jaw though.
