Just got the game and I have to say I'm very impressed! The layout is a lot better than Rugby Union Team Manager and the match engine looks amazing! One thing I will say is that there should be more penalties in the game. I've played about 5 games now and no one has kicked a penalty goal...

You will have to do a recruitment drive to try find some more - or scout uncontracted youth players for immediate signing.

I have 2 physios. Never seem to have issues with attrition.

Hi Dave/anyone, How do I retrain someone's position? Say I have a 10 who primary and secondary is 10 but inside centre is a re-trainable position how do I do this? Does the coach doing the training need to be a specialist inside centre?

First things first I would get a couple of good physios and doctors so you can put out your best team out every week. If you don't do this then you will likely have to change players each week which can be a killing.
