Disapointing
Wow, this is personally a really disappointing announcement from the IRB.
This is just my opinion so take it how you will but Sexton and Le Roux have no place on this list. There has to be a token NH player ever year - which is fine but Jonathan Sexton isn't even the best player...
Game of the week for sure! Really not sure about the wholesale changes to the Boks, a little bit reactive for my liking and every team have off days... Lambie starting could be a big mistake. While I cannot see SA losing two in a row, England are due for a SH scalp so this one will be...
Really was not impressed with France over the June tests and I'm really not buying that they are a different team at home talk that I am hearing from the media. Expecting the lads to get it done by 10+ points. France will need to dominate the trenches and control possession to win which I just...
My personal favorite is the English uniform, it looks spectacular. Also like the French and Welsh kits too. New Zealand looks great but the less white on their kit the better, IMO.
Could not agree with this comment more. He's a good super rugby player but not Test quality, much the same way I don't think Foley is able to make the translation either. Personally, I think it's a pretty lackluster side. Where the hell is Henry Speight now that he is eligible? What more does...
Would love nothing more than to see England win but I simply can't see it happening. The English will step up as usual but fall just short, losing by less than 5 points.
The Wallabies are the definition of a confidence team and they will be very confident against Wales. With more to play for and more time playing together, I'm backing Australia by 10 to 15 points. It's been a tough RC for the Wallabies and a year of much change but people seem to forget the gap...
There was downward pressure for a split second but not when the ball was in contact with the ground. Was the downward pressure on a second later, it would have been a try but it wasn't. This is what the TMO was looking for and it was the right decision in my opinion.
I might be in minority but I can't see how this is good for rugby union in the US. Americans do not like losing. Period. Getting embarrassed by 70 points is not going to make any new fans from the American Football faithful who tuned in to see what this was all about. England would have been a...
Definitely not a try and glad the referees got it right. There was no downward pressure on the ball so no try. I must say that the standard of refeering in League is much higher than Union. Perhaps it is because the game is less complex but you rarely see games decided on controversial calls.
There are 4 players nominated right? I'd say it will be Hooper, Retallick, Vermeulen and the token NH nominee - probably Mike Brown. Richie McCaw could also be nominated. I'm going to say the winner with be either Hooper or Vermeulen, 50/50 call.
We definitely are. Kind of bizarre watching the Kangaroos play so badly over the past two weeks. Really hope some very hard words are said at halftime and they come or firing.
McKenzie's got to go. Terrible result. So disappointed. We really are the masters at finding new and inventive ways to lose. Funny thing was, I knew we were going to lose with 10 min to go as I've seen this play out so many times before.
According to insiders it is looking extremely likely the affair allegations are true or at least that is the general consensus. I am sure some other posters on this site have seen the leaked emails from the Australian Rugby Union so I'll leave it at that.
The players have lost faith in...
Oh man, with all the chaos with the whole Beale / Patterson / McKenzie scenario this game could get ugly really fast.
McKenzie has lost respect of the players from what I am hearing. Things are not looking good.
