Do you mean how to decline a conversion kick attempt, following a try? If so, you can't. But you can opt to do a "quick kick" in 7's mode by pressing X (I think) at the right time when prompted.

This was the case when RC2 was released a month or two after the console versions. I believe they worked on the priority issues for the PC release, and used that as the basis for a console patch.
