If you are creating a roster from the default Celtic, then try doing this again and see what happens. If you are editing one that you downloaded from Roster Sharing, please try and download it again, and test that to see what happens.

No, you can't switch between comps mid career and there are no cup comps. The main feature NRM has is the best match engine of any rugby management game.
