I guess Ian Bell is truly finished now, i was hoping a break from international cricket would revitalise himbecause hes the player they need to balance the batting order.
Just seen the score, this is shambolic for rugby, didnt give the boks a chance when i saw their team and more importantly the ref, but for rugbys sake the boks should never lose so badly
I guess im the only one gutted about LF death, although i like Sansa's character i cant stand ayra. Really cant see how the can fit another 7 or so episodes into thestory now.
Thought the Wallabies were desperately unlucky, Read knocked the ball on for the last restart but there was noway Nigel was gonna see his precious ABs lose, its a a miracle the Wallabys got so close with Owens as the ref.
Another thing to take into account is to see how the quota system is seriously affecting the Proteas, although cricket is a different sport and has even less top quality blacks to choose from its not hard to see the parallels and where both teams are heading.
Just cant see the Lions winning, the Canes are really primed for this and i get the impressin the Lions played their final last week. Im picking the fullback for the lions to make a early blunder for the Canes to score from.
Seems like all the refs miss the ''boring in'' these days, or its a convenient excuse every time a scrum is getting dealt.
Wasnt having a go at the ref when i say the Waratahs were a touch unlucky, just chasing a bonus point and possible playoff they needed the bounce to go their way more.
Overall though i think its a good thing for NZ rugby to have more high intensity games week in week out, rather than play in a weak conference and only play a tough game every month or so. Still think the winner will come from the NZ conference even if the Lions finish top of the table.
The ref is going to be a very big talking point if the Brumbies make a second half comeback, hard for me to make a judgement though because my stream is choppy as ****.
