Tuipulotu ahead of Frost is interesting, as is Sela ahead of Griffin.
Stuart and Russell are resting post-Lions
Du Toit and Carreras are playing in the SH
Donoghue is having "exploratory surgery" on a knee injury and Sam Harris still long-term injured from last season (and the season before that - both ankle, I think the same one).
So yeah, that left Ojomoh vs DeGlanville for the starting FH shirt (both had a go at 10 against Worcester last weekend), and an outside chance for Linegar.
Muir injured, so Arundell was the obvious choice at wing (and possibly forced the decision on Ojomoh vs TdG).

I'd have been happier with JL on the bench than Harris though - but he may simply not be up to the physicality of adult rugby yet - he's still 18, after all. I just feel that 4 centres is more than needed in a match-day 23

Beyond the above, Barbeary's got a back injury, Green is recovering from concussion, Coetzee and the new scrum half both picked up injuries in re-season.

Apart from that ...all tickety boo! 🤣

And you are playing a Quins team that have looked woeful in preseason …

Having Baxter, CCS, Dombrandt, Porter and Murley back will help, but I think that’s a scoreboard difference rather result changing.

I remember seeing mention of it over the summer - think the late callup combined with not meeting the minutes threshold meant he had a similar stand down to the England players

Vaguely remember talk about how little he played for racing playing a part in it too

Tomas Williams playing for Gloucester with a similar minutes-not-met-threshold too

Yikes that feels a pretty big injury list although I’ve not seen or looked at others so maybes it’s not.

I've listened to the explanation as to why the Sale try wasn't a knock on, but that seems like utter tosh to me. You see those given as knock-ons all the time.

Also, didn't they change the batteries in the ref coms before the start of the season?

TJ thought it was a knock on, all the Sale players thought it was a knock on, Ridley saw it differently.

Is there a prize for the first referee-bashing of the season..?
